True North Wellness is a specialised exercise and health clinic with a team of Accredited Exercise Physiologists that have the expertise and experience to work with you. We are an established allied health clinic with extensive experience working with people post bariatric surgery. Our programs are individualised for your goals and medical conditions, and we have a range of delivery options including face to face sessions in our non-intimidating private clinics in both Brisbane’s Northside and Southside to eHealth consultations that can provide support Australia wide.
Vicky Graham is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist that has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years. She has the depth of knowledge and experience required to work with specialist medical conditions to provide a coordinated approach with your health team. Vicky’s unique health coaching style provides positive support to promote long term behaviour change.
Program Details – “Health Directions” Exercise Program
Our 12 week exercise program provides the coordinated support and expertise from our Accredited Exercise Physiologists to help get you started with an individualised exercise program that is safe and progressed as you are ready both physically and mentally.
- Initial Health Assessment, goal setting and action plan.
- Individualised exercise program tailored to musculoskeletal issues, personal exercise preferences and lifestyle.
- Weekly check ins and training sessions to ensure adherence, accountability and exercise progressions as required.
- Personal Accredited Exercise Physiologist supporting you throughout your program.
- This program can be delivered face to face in our Northside or Southside clinics or virtually to provide flexibility.
Outer Brisbane Regions
“Health Directions” exercise program can be delivered throughout Queensland and remote areas using specially designed video programs. This allows the personalised support with your exercise program and our Exercise Physiologists to talk you through any progressions as you improve no matter where you are located.

Johann Erasmus – Bachelor of Human Movements Science (South Africa) and Cert IV in Fitness
Johann Erasmus, studied a Bachelor of Human Movements Science in South Africa and has worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years. He is the owner of Corefit Health and Fitness in Brisbane. Johann works in the Western Suburbs and Bayside of Brisbane. Johann is currently waiting on his official accreditation with ESSA and Medicare. He offers an “Introduction to Exercise” – a 3 hour workshop for bariatric patients, where you can learn about how to introduce exercise and make better lifestyle choices. It’s not an exercise session but a workshop specifically designed to educate people who have had bariatric surgery and want to maximize the potential to lose weight and live a healthier life. Johann will ensure you know the tools to become more active after your surgery and will discuss:
- When to start exercising safely
- Type and intensity of exercise
- Suggested exercise programs during phases of recovery and weight-loss
- How to measure and track your personal progress
Katie Martin – Kfit, Certificate III and IV in Personal Training
Owner of Kfit. Kfit was established in 2017. Katie provides private or small group training from the Calile Hotel gym, Forme Fitness. She will help you achieve your goals once you are comfortable introducing exercise into your new lifestyle routine. After completing her Certificate III and IV and Mat Pilates course, she began working full-time as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Helping people every day to reach their goals is Katie’s passion. She is motivated, professional and can help you stay focused with your training. Katie can work with your exercise physiologists and dietitian if needed, to help you follow your specialised programs.
