Your First Consultation

Congratulations! You have taken the first important step to dramatic and long lasting change. Our team are looking forward to supporting you throughout your journey.  

The first consultations with our bariatric educator and Dr Martin are bulk billed to Medicare so there is no out of pocket expense.

When you come for your consultation, please remember to bring the following:

  • Medicare and private health fund details.
  • Referral letter from your GP or specialist.
  • Copies of relevant endoscopy, cardiology, diabetic, respiratory reports.
  • Copies of relevant x-rays, MRIs, CT scan.
