When you come for your consultation, please remember to bring the following:

Medicare and private health fund details.
Referral letter from your GP or specialist.
Copies of relevant endoscopy, cardiology, diabetic, respiratory reports.
Copies of relevant x-rays, MRIs, CT scan.
